No Returns or Refunds

All purchases made through our store are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a template has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect purchase selection.

Faulty or Defective Products

We stand behind the quality of our templates. If you believe your purchased product contains a genuine fault or technical issue that prevents it from functioning as intended, please contact us.

To be eligible for review:

• The issue must be related to the template itself (not user configuration or data-related issues)

• You must provide clear details of the problem, including screenshots or a description of the error

If a fault is confirmed:

• We will first work with you to resolve the issue through support

• If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund or replacement may be provided at our discretion

Support

Every purchase includes free email support to help you get up and running.

Support includes:

• Assistance with setup and configuration

• Guidance on using the template

• Troubleshooting issues related to the template

Support does not include:

• Custom development or modifications

• Extensive data modelling outside the scope of the template
