No Returns or Refunds
All purchases made through our store are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a template has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect purchase selection.
Faulty or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our templates. If you believe your purchased product contains a genuine fault or technical issue that prevents it from functioning as intended, please contact us.
To be eligible for review:
